Colonización de macroinvertebrados acuáticos en hojarasca de orilla, en quebrada circundante a los ambientes de la Facultad de Ciencias Biológicas – Zungarococha

Abstract

This study was carried out in a stream surrounding the UNAP Faculty of Biological Sciences, located in the district of San Juan Bautista, province of Maynas in the Loreto region, during the months of March - May 2022. The objective was to analyze the colonization of aquatic macroinvertebrates in bank litter. The type of research was quantitative, observational, and longitudinal, with a descriptive design. For data collection, three sections were located along the stream. In each section, on the bank of the stream, three rows of 6 collection bags each were placed on both sides of the stream, making a total of 36, which were removed every 10 days, two from each section. A total of 2,811 individuals were recorded; the richness of aquatic macroinvertebrates consisted of 4 phyla, 6 classes, 12 orders, 16 families, and 24 genera. The richest phyla with two taxonomic classes were Annelida and Mollusca. The most diverse class was Insecta with 5 orders (38%), the class Insecta being the richest at 38%. The genera found with more than 50 individuals were Duguesia, Corbicula, Baetodes, Neoelmis, Microcylloepus, and Chironomus. The abundance of functional groups of aquatic macroinvertebrates shows that scrapers represent 45%, being the predominant group, followed by crawlers with 28%, filter feeders with 17%, graspers with 7%, and burrowers with 3%. Regarding the abundance of functional groups and time of occurrence, scrapers were present from the first 10 days, followed by crawlers, filter feeders, graspers, and burrowers, all coinciding with a low presence within the 60 days. The richness of functional groups and time of occurrence in scrapers totaled 1,255 during the 60 days.

Este estudio se ejecutó en una quebrada circundante a la facultad de Ciencias Biológicas UNAP, ubicada en el distrito de San Juan Bautista, provincia de Maynas en la región Loreto, en los meses de marzo - mayo del 2022. El objetivo fue analizar la colonización de macroinvertebrados acuáticos en hojarasca de orilla. El Tipo de investigación fue cuantitativa, observacional y longitudinal, con un diseño descriptivo. Para la toma de datos se ubicaron tres secciones a lo largo de la quebrada. En cada sección, a orilla de la quebrada se colocaron 3 hilera de 6 bolsas de colecta cada una a ambos lados de la quebrada haciendo un total de 36, las cuales se iban retirando cada 10 días, dos de cada sección. Se registraron 2811 individuos, la riqueza de macroinvertebrados acuáticos estuvo conformada por 04 filos, 06 clases, 12 órdenes, 16 familias y 24 géneros. Los filos más ricos con dos clases taxonómicas fueron Annelida y Mollusca, La clase más diversa fue Insecta con 05 órdenes (38%), la clase Insecta es la más rica con 38%. Los géneros encontrados por encima de los 50 individuos fueron Duguesia, Corbícula, Baetodes, Neoelmis, Microcylloepus y Chironomus. La abundancia de grupos funcionales de macroinvertebrados acuáticos reporta que los raspadores presentan 45%, siendo el grupo predominante, seguido de los reptadores con 28%, filtradores con 17%, agarradores con un 7% y excavador con un 3%. Con respecto a la abundancia de grupos funcionales y tiempo de ocurrencia, los raspadores tienen presencia desde los primeros 10 días, seguido de los reptadores, filtradores, agarradores, y excavadores, coincidiendo todos en los 60 días con poca presencia. La riqueza de los grupos funcionales y tiempo de ocurrencia en los Raspadores con un total de 1255 durante los 60 días.
