Análisis del stock de empresas de Loreto inscritas como personas naturales periodo 2020 – 2024

Abstract

Companies incorporated as individuals make up the largest segment of the business population operating in Loreto. These are small businesses that do not require large capital to open and operate; however, they are the main generator of employment. This research analyzes the historical behavior of registered companies over five years, studying the trend sequence of their behavior. Hence, it is classified as Descriptive and of Non-Experimental design. It is concluded that the stock of companies in Loreto, registered as individuals, had variable behavior (-115.08%) during the five-year period 2020–2024, when the ideal would have been for it to grow year after year as a sign of increasing economic dynamics. Registered companies also showed variable behavior similar to the stock, with increases and decreases during the years of analysis. The registered companies highlight having had a female leader in the majority (55.56%), which demonstrates the entrepreneurial spirit of women compared to men (44.44%), showing their decisiveness in taking on challenges. Finally, the analysis of the deregistered companies highlights that those led by men (52.18%) were the ones that mostly withdrew from the activity compared to those led by women (47.82%), highlighting the efficiency of the latter.Las empresas constituidas como persona natural conforman el segmento más grande del stock de empresas que funcionan en Loreto. Son negocios pequeños que no requieren de grandes capitales para su apertura y funcionamiento; sin embargo, es la principal generadora de empleo. Esta investigación analiza el comportamiento histórico de las empresas dadas de alta a lo largo de cinco años, estudiando la secuencia tendencial de su comportamiento, de ahí que sea clasificada de tipo Descriptivo y de diseño No Experimental. Se concluye que el stock de empresas en Loreto, inscritas como persona natural, tuvo un comportamiento variable (-115.08%) durante el quinquenio 2020 – 2024, cuando lo ideal hubiese sido que crezca año a año como una señal de aumento de la dinámica económica. Las empresas dadas de alta también manifestaron un comportamiento variable similar al stock, con aumentos y caídas durante los años de análisis. Las empresas dadas de alta destacan haber tenido como conductor a una persona de sexo femenino mayoritariamente (55.56%), lo que evidencia el espíritu emprendedor de ellas sobre la de los varones (44.44%) mostrando asumir los retos con decisión. Por último, el análisis de las empresas dadas de baja resalta que fueron las dirigidas por varones (52.18%) las que mayoritariamente se retiraron de la actividad en comparación con las dirigidas por mujeres (47.82%), destacando la eficiencia de estas últimas.
