Suplementación de microorganismos eficientes en la ración y su efecto sobre los parámetros productivos en pollos parrilleros

Abstract

This research was carried out in the facilities of the warehouse of Mr. Carlos Burneo Tapayuri, district of Yurimaguas, Alto Amazonas province, Loreto region. The general objective was to determine the effect of supplementation with efficient microorganisms (MS: bacteria, yeasts) in the ration on the productive parameters of broiler chickens in the weekly and cumulative finishing stage, for 21 days. Feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion, carcass yield and economic merit were evaluated in 160 broiler chickens of the Cobb 500 line. The Completely Randomized statistical design was used at 5 treatments and 4 replications with a degree of confidence (P0.05). A mortality of 1.25% was recorded during the research. As for the carcass performance, the following were obtained: T1: 67.91%, T2: 66.97%, T3: 68.04%, T4: 70.30% and T5: 72.47%. The greatest economic merit was achieved in T1 with S/ 3.41. It is concluded that, by supplementing 2 ml/kg of efficient microorganisms (EM) in the ration of broiler chickens, a significant effect is obtained on feed consumption, weight gain and feed conversion of broiler chickens in the finishing stage.

La presente investigación se realizó en las instalaciones del galpón del Sr. Carlos Burneo Tapayuri, distrito de Yurimaguas, provincia Alto Amazonas, región Loreto. El objetivo general fue determinar el efecto de la suplementación con microorganismos eficientes (EM: bacterias, levaduras) en la ración sobre los parámetros productivos de los pollos parrilleros en la etapa de acabado semanal y acumulado, durante 21 días. Se evaluaron consumo de alimento, ganancia de peso, conversión alimenticia, rendimiento de carcasa y mérito económico en 160 pollos parrilleros de la línea Cobb 500. Se empleó el diseño estadístico Completamente al Azar a 5 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones con un grado de confianza (P0.05). Se registró una mortalidad de 1.25% durante la investigación. En cuanto al rendimiento de carcasa se obtuvo: T1: 67.91%, T2: 66.97%, T3: 68.04%, T4: 70.30% y T5: 72.47%. El mayor mérito económico se logró en el T2 con S/ 3.41. Se concluye que, al suplementar 2 ml/kg de microorganismos eficientes (EM) en la ración de los pollos parrilleros se obtiene un efecto significativo en el consumo de alimento, ganancia de peso y conversión alimenticia de pollos parrilleros en la etapa de acabado.
