Factores psicosociales y autoestima en gestantes atendidas en instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud Iquitos 2024

Abstract

The research Psychosocial factors and self-esteem in pregnant women treated at the health service provider institutions IPRESS Moronacocha Health Center and Túpac Amaru I-3, district of Iquitos, year 2024, with the aim of determining association between psychosocial factors (gender-based violence GBV), anxiety, depression, marital status, family functionality, family structure and self-esteem of pregnant women. The type of study was quantitative and non experimental correlational design, with a population of 147 pregnant women. The statistical program Jamovi was used, and the informed consent of the pregnant woman was an important inclusion criterion. The main finding was the relationship between depression and self-esteem, according to p < 0.001 at a level of α < 0.05, which approved the research hypothesis proposed: There is a statistically significant relationship between the psychological factor depression and self-esteem of pregnant women, no relationship was found between the psychological factors GBV, anxiety, social family functionality, family structure, marital status and self-esteem of the pregnant users participating in the study, according to p > at α < 0.05. In conclusion, depression and self-esteem are dependent on each other, and these variables should be emphasized in the care of the pregnant woman, which promotes the well-being of the mother-child binomial.

La investigación Factores psicosociales y autoestima en gestantes atendidas en las Instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud IPRESS Moronacocha I-4 y Túpac Amaru I-3, distrito de Iquitos, año 2024, con el objetivo de determinar asociación entre los factores psicosociales (violencia basada en género VBG), ansiedad, depresión, estado civil, funcionalidad familiar, estructura familiar y autoestima de las gestantes. El tipo de estudio fue el cuantitativo y diseño correlacional no experimental, con una población de 147 gestantes. Se usó el programa estadístico Jamovi, y como criterio de inclusión importante el consentimiento informado de la gestante. Principal hallazgo fue la relación entre depresión y autoestima, según p < 0.001 a un nivel de α < 0.05 lo que aprobó la hipótesis de investigación planteada: Existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el factor psicológico depresión y autoestima de las gestantes, no se encontró relación entre los factores psicológicos VBG, ansiedad, sociales funcionalidad familiar, estructura familiar, estado civil y la autoestima de las usuarias gestantes participantes del estudio, según p > al α < 0.05. En conclusión, la depresión y la autoestima tienen dependencia entre sí debiendo enfatizar estas variables en la atención a la gestante, que promuevan el bienestar del binomio madre niño.
