Características de la vivienda de la población en condición de pobreza en el Perú periodo 2019-2023

Abstract

Poverty has various manifestations, one of them being the material used in the construction of housing, and the precariousness of the same that violates human dignity can be seen at first glance. The more precarious the housing, the greater the poverty faced by its inhabitants. The purpose of this scientific research is to determine the housing characteristics of the population living in poverty in Peru, corresponding to the study period 2019 - 2023. Consequently, this Quantitative - Descriptive thesis was carried out, designed with a Non-experimental structure. The conclusions show that the homes in which citizens living in poverty live have exterior walls built with Bricks or Cement Blocks (35.91%), followed closely by those built with Adobe/Quincha (35.16%), a material considered very precarious and denoting the situation of deprivation of its inhabitants. In the same order of analysis, it is notable that the majority of poor people's homes have dirt floors (43.28%), highlighting the low incomes of their inhabitants. In second place are homes with cement floors, a material demanded by 42.77% of them and reflecting higher incomes for their inhabitants. The non-poor population, on the other hand, lives in homes with exterior walls (62.32%) and floors (47.50%), both made of cement.

La pobreza tiene diversas manifestaciones siendo una de ellas el material usado en la construcción de la vivienda, pudiéndose notar a simple vista la precariedad de la misma que atenta contra la dignidad humana. Cuanto más precaria sea la vivienda mayor será la pobreza que afrontan sus habitantes. El propósito de esta investigación científica es determinar las características de la vivienda de la población en condición de pobreza en el Perú, correspondiente al periodo de estudio 2019 - 2023. Consecuentemente se realizó esta tesis Cuantitativa – Descriptiva, diseñada con estructura No Experimental. Las conclusiones demuestran que las viviendas en las que habitan los ciudadanos en condición de pobreza tienen paredes exteriores construidas con Ladrillos o Bloque de Cemento (35.91%), seguido muy de cerca por aquellas construidas con Adobe/Quincha (35.16%), material considerado como muy precario y que denota la situación de carencia de sus habitantes. En ese mismo orden de análisis, destaca que las viviendas de los pobres tienen piso de Tierra mayoritariamente (43.28%), evidenciando la escasez de ingresos de sus habitantes. En segundo orden aparecen las viviendas con piso de Cemento, material demandado por el 42.77% de las mismas y acusa de mayores ingresos para sus habitantes. Por su parte la población No Pobre viene ocupando viviendas con paredes exteriores (62.32%) y pisos (47.50%), ambos de cemento.
