Abstract

El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional trata sobre las labores ejercidas en la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto – Poder Judicial, durante el periodo año 2017 hasta el año 2019, en la condición de Bachiller en Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, quien para optar el título de Abogado mediante la modalidad de Suficiencia Profesional – Sustentación de Expedientes, describirá en el presente trabajo la aplicación de los conocimientos aprendidos en las aulas en el ejercicio de las funciones como Asistente Judicial de Juzgado, labores realizadas por un periodo de más de tres años, con lo que se justifica la suficiencia profesional. Asimismo, se presentará dos resúmenes de expedientes judiciales, uno en materia constitucional y otro en materia laboral, los mismos que serán expuestos frente al jurado calificador para la obtención del título profesional respectivo, expedientes donde se encuentra presentes todos los actos procesales realizados para resolver el caso en concreto.The present work of professional sufficiency deals with the work carried out in the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto - Judicial Power, during the period from 2017 to 2019, in the condition of Law and Political Sciences Graduate of the UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE LA AMAZONIA PERUANA, who to opt for the title of Lawyer through the modality of Professional Sufficiency - File Support, will describe in this work the application of the knowledge learned in the classrooms in the exercise of the functions as Judicial Assistant of Court, tasks carried out for a period of more than three years, justifying professional sufficiency. In addition two summaries of judicial files will be presented, one on constitutional matters and the other on labor matters, which will be exposed to the authorizing jury to obtain the respective professional title, a file that All contain all the procedural acts carried out to resolve the particular case.
