Abstract

Regarding the limitations, gaps in technological infrastructure and the lack of specialized personnel were evidenced, factors that cause critical drops in monthly productivity, recording minimums of up to 37 resolved cases during specific periods. It is concluded that the implementation of orality represents a progressive success; however, its definitive consolidation depends on overcoming the identified gaps.
