Aplicativo offline para evidencias de traspaso de materiales educativos en zonas rurales sin conectividad a internet en Maynas 2023

Abstract

The thesis research carried out sought to strengthen the process of obtaining evidence in areas with a lack of internet service, in the annual process of distribution of educational teaching-learning materials in educational institutions (IIEE) throughout the scope of scope. of the Maynas Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL Maynas). The general objective of the research was to determine if an offline application can improve the evidence of transfer of educational materials in rural areas with a lack of internet connectivity in the province of Maynas in the year 2023. The methodology of The research was observational, non-experimental, descriptive, applied and transversal. Our population was made up of 65 IIEE that were selected among the 1374 educational institutions distributed in 8 material delivery routes at the UGEL Maynas in the Loreto Region during the year 2023. The results obtained support the proposed hypothesis, allowing room for this type process and contexts similar to the use of offline applications to improve the monitoring and control of the distribution of educational materials in areas without internet service.

La investigación de tesis realizada buscó robustecer el proceso de obtención de evidencias en las zonas con carencia del servicio de internet, en el proceso anual de la distribución de materiales educativos de enseñanza aprendizaje en las Instituciones Educativas (IIEE) en todo el ámbito de alcance de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Maynas (UGEL Maynas). El objetivo general de la investigación fue determinar si un aplicativo offline (fuera de línea), puede mejorar las evidencias de traspaso de materiales educativos en las zonas rurales con carencia de conectividad a internet en la provincia de Maynas en el año 2023. La metodología de investigación fue observacional, no experimental, descriptiva, aplicada y trasversal. La nuestra poblacional fue conformada por 65 IIEE que fueron seleccionadas entre las 1374 Instituciones Educativas distribuidas en 8 rutas de entrega de materiales en la UGEL Maynas en la Región Loreto durante el año 2023. Los resultados obtenidos respaldan la hipótesis planteada, dando cabida en este tipo de proceso y contextos similares al uso de aplicativos fuera de línea para mejorar el seguimiento y control de la distribución de los materiales educativos en zonas sin el servicio de internet.
