Dificultades en la investigación preparatoria en delitos de trata de personas por explotación sexual de menores en la ciudad de Iquitos durante los años 2013 y 2014.

Abstract

Problema: ¿Cuáles son las dificultades en la Investigación Preparatoria en Delitos de Trata de Personas por Explotación Sexual de menores en la ciudad de Iquitos durante los años 2013 y 2014? Objetivo: Identificar las dificultades en la investigación preparatoria en Delitos de Trata de Personas por Explotación Sexual de menores en la ciudad de Iquitos durante los años 2013 y 2014. Material y método: Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado a una muestra de 500 sujetos, previa validez y una confiabilidad alfa de Cronbach de 0.80 %. El diseño fue no experimental transversal. Para el análisis estadístico se usó estadística descriptiva, con un p<0,05. Resultados: existen dificultades en la investigación preparatoria como la falta de capacitación especializada y permanente al Departamento de Investigación de Trata de Personas de la Policía Nacional de Perú y, a la Fiscalía Especializada de Trata de Personas; la falta de recursos logísticos, que abonan fácilmente para que las denuncias por explotación sexual sean archivadas, más aún si durante la investigación las víctimas, omiten, desisten o niegan la denuncia, por temor a sus captores; vergüenza y poca credibilidad a sus autoridades. Conclusión: existen deficiencias y que estas obedecen en especial a la Policía Nacional y, al alto desinterés por parte de las víctimas de seguir con la denuncia.

Objective: To determine the difficulties in the preliminary investigation in Crimes of Trafficking in Persons for Sexual Exploitation in children in the city of Iquitos for the years 2013 and 2014 it because in the city of Iquitos investigations by such crimes have been filed, the most salient lack of logistical resources of the main actors in the fight against trafficking for sexual exploitation and the unwillingness of the victim to continue the complaint. Materials and methods: It was applied a in a sample of 500, previous rational validity and reliability Cronbach's alpha of 0.80 %. The design was no-experimental. Used descriptive statistical analysis with p < 0,05.It was observed: there are difficulties in the preliminary investigation, lack of specialized training and continuing to the National Police of Peru - Department of Traffic in Persons and the Public Ministry - specialized Trafficking Prosecution, lack logistics resources, which easily paid for complaints of sexual exploitation are archived, even if during the investigation the victims, omitted, desist or deny the complaint for fear of their captors, shame and little credibility to their authorities and finally as conclusion: there are deficiencies and that these are due in particular to the National Police Trafficking Department of Loreto and high disinterest on the part of victims to continue with the complaint.
