Relación entre capacitación de los jueces especializados y mixtos y resoluciones consentidas del distrito judicial de Loreto, 2014

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue establecer la relación entre capacitación de los jueces y resoluciones consentidas. Los resultados encontrados fueron: El Juez del Primer Juzgado Civil emitió mayor cantidad de resoluciones judiciales con el 28. 1 % seguido del Primer Juzgado Laboral de Maynas con el 27% y en el tercer lugar el Segundo Juzgado Civil con 20%. ;t Las resoluciones no confirmadas resultaron el mayor porcentaje 51, 7%. El Tercer Juzgado de Familia en lo Tutelar alcanzó el mayor porcentaje de sentencias confirmadas 83%, seguido del Segundo Juzgado de Familia en lo Tutelar y Penal con 68%, y en el tercer lugar el Primer Juzgado Civil y el Primer Juzgado de Familia en lo Civil con 52,4%, en cuarto lugar el Primer Juzgado Laboral con 50,5%. Los jueces con capacitación buena obtuvieron el mayor porcentaje de resoluciones confirmadas 52,4%, seguido de los jueces de capacitación optima 49% y por último los de capacitación regular 41,9%. En la prueba de chi cuadrado de homogeneidad el valor de pe es menor a 0,05(0,04) por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna, existe relación significativa entre la confirmación de resoluciones y la capacitación de Jos jueces.The objective of this research was to establish the relationship between training of judges and consensual resolutions . The results were: the First Civil Court Judge issued the highest number of judgments with the 28, J % followed by the Labour Court of Maynas with 27% and thirdly the Second Civil Corut with 20% . Unconfirmed resolutions were the highest percentage 51, 7%. The third trial in Family Care reached the highest percentage of confirmed sentences 83%, followed by the second Court of Guardianship and Family in prision with 68%, and thirdly the First Civil Court and the First Family Court Civil with 52,4% the fourth Labour Court with 50,5%. Well-trained judges scored the highest percentage of confirmed decisions 52,4% followed by judges 49% of optimum training and finally the regular training of 41,9%. In the chi-square test of homogenity p value is less than 0.05 (0.04) as the altemate hypothesis is accepted, there is significant relationship the confirmation of decisions and training of judges .
