Efecto de diferentes dosis de ceniza con abonamiento uniforme de gallinaza, en el cultivo de Eryngium foetidum L. “sacha culantro”, en Zungarococha, distrito de San Juan Bautista – Loreto. 2017

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación se desenvolvió en las instalaciones del Taller de Enseñanza e Investigación de plantas Hortícolas (TEIPH), de la Facultad de Agronomía-UNAP, encontrada en el Km. 4 de la carretera a Zungarococha, al Sur de la ciudad de Iquitos, cuyas coordenadas geográficas fueron: Latitud Sur 03º 46´ 13.2´´; Longitud Oeste 73º 22´ 10.4´´; Altitud: 126 msnm. El tipo de investigación fue experimental, explicativo, prospectivo con una variable independiente (Dosis de gallinaza) y seis variables dependientes (Altura de la mata, extensión de la mata, longitud de raíz de la mata, numero de hojas/mata, número de plantas/mata y peso promedio de la mata). El objetivo principal de la investigación fue Determinar las características agronómicas y rendimiento de Eryngium foetidum L. “sacha culantro”, a la aplicación de dosis uniforme de gallinaza más diferentes dosis de ceniza de madera. El Diseño estadístico empleado fue el de Bloques Completamente al Azar, con cinco tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones, el número de hileras o filas/parcela fueron cinco, trece matas/hilera y se tomaron ocho matas como unidades de muestreo para la evaluación. Los resultados señalaron que, el abonamiento con gallinaza y ceniza de madera mejoraron las características agronómicas y el rendimiento del cultivo de Eryngium foetidum L. “sacha culantro”, destacando el Tratamiento T3 (30 tn de gallinaza/ha + 2.5 tn de ceniza de madera/ha), quien obtuvo el mayor rendimiento de “sacha culantro”, con 23,753 Kg/ha, superando a los demás Tratamientos estudiados donde el tratamiento testigo T1 (30 t de gallinaza/ha) obtuvo 15,345 Kg/ha.The research work was carried out in the facilities of the Workshop of Teaching and Research of Horticultural Plants (TEIPH), of the Faculty of Agronomy-UNAP, found at Km. 4 of the road to Zungarococha, south of the city of Iquitos, whose geographical coordinates were: South Latitude 03º 46 ́ 13.2 ́ ́; West Longitude 73º 22 ́ 10.4 ́ ́; Altitude: 126 masl. The type of research was experimental, explanatory, prospective with an independent variable (Dose of chicken) and six dependent variables (Height of the bush, extension of the bush, length of root of the bush, number of leaves/bush, number of plants/bush and average weight of the bush). The main objective of the research was to determine the agronomic characteristics and yield of Eryngium foetidum L. "sacha culantro", to the application of uniform doses of gallinaza plus different doses of wood ash. The statistical design used was completely random blocks, with five treatments and four repetitions, the number of rows or rows / plot were five, thirteen bushes / row and eight bushes were taken as sampling units for evaluation. The results indicated that, the payment with chicken and wood ash improved the agronomic characteristics and the yield of the crop of Eryngium foetidum L. "sacha culantro", highlighting the T3 Treatment (30 tn of gallinaza/ha + 2.5 tn of wood ash/ha), who obtained the highest yield of "sacha culantro", with 23,753 Kg/ha, surpassing the other treatments studied where the control treatment T1 (30 t of gallinaza/ha) obtained 15,345 Kg/ha.
