Abstract
La presente investigación “Propuesta de un plan de mejoras, basado en
gestión por procesos, para incrementar la productividad en la empresa
multiservicios María”, tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de mejora para
aumentar la productividad en la empresa. Se estableció como objeto de
estudio, elaborar un plan de mejoras basado en gestión por procesos. Siendo
el estudio de caso, se aplicó la muestra a la población total de empresa que
suman 20 trabajadores de todos los niveles. La investigación es de tipo
descriptivo, con diseño no experimental, se incluyó la observación directa del
proceso de ventas de los diferentes productos que oferta la empresa, así como
la aplicación de una encuesta dirigida a los trabajadores de la empresa. En la
aplicación de la encuesta se logró obtener información muy importante con
respeto al ambiente de trabajo que se está mejorando, el ambiente, las
acciones actuales que se desarrollan para obtener la productividad, y se logró
conocer los valores éticos en la empresa y las debilidades de la empresa. Se
aceptó la hipótesis aceptando porque un plan de mejorar incrementará la
productividad con la satisfacción de un buen clima organizacional de los
trabajadores.
The present investigation "Proposal of an improvement plan, based on process management, to increase productivity in the multi-service company María", aims to design an improvement plan to increase productivity in the company. It was established as the object of study, develop an improvement plan based on process management. Being the case study, the sample was applied to the total population of the company, with 20 workers of all levels. The research is descriptive, with a non-experimental design, it included direct observation of the sales process of the different products offered by the company, as well as the application of a survey aimed at the workers of the company. In the application of the survey it was possible to obtain very important information regarding the work environment that is being improved, the environment, the current actions that are developed to obtain productivity, and it was possible to know the ethical values in the company and the weaknesses of the company. The hypothesis was accepted by accepting that a plan to improve will increase productivity with the satisfaction of a good organizational climate for workers
