Relación altura total y diámetro de los árboles de dos familias botánicas, Puerto Almendra, Loreto, Perú

Abstract

El estudio se realizó en el Arboretum “El Huayo” del CIEFOR Puerto Almendra – FCF - UNAP, distrito de San Juan Bautista, provincia Maynas, región Loreto. El objetivo fue conocer las relaciones entre altura total y diámetro de los árboles de las familias botánicas Lecythidaceae y Myristicaceae. En el inventario forestal se registró la altura total y diámetro de cada uno de los árboles de las especies Eschweilera coriacea (A. DC.) S. A. Mori, Eschweilera grandiflora (Aubl.) Sandwith, Eschweilera tessmannii Knuth, Iryanthera macrophylla (Benth) Warb., Osteophloeum platyspermum (A. DC.) Warb. y Virola elongata (Benth.) Warb. con dap ≥ 10 cm. Los resultados indican que las variables altura total y diámetro presentaron relación EXCELENTE, donde el modelo alométrico que más se ajustó fue la POTENCIA.The study was carried out in the “El Huayo” Arboretum of CIEFOR Puerto Almendra - FCF - UNAP, San Juan Bautista district, Maynas province, Loreto region.
