Condiciones de la calidad de los servicios básicos al turismo en la ciudad de Caballo Cocha al 2024

Abstract

The management of the quality of tourism services provided by tourism operators in the city of Caballo Cocha is presented in compliance with the development guidelines for the promotion of tourism in the capitals of provinces and districts at the national level, proposed by the government. through SUPREME DECREE Nº 001-2015-MINCETUR and MINISTERIAL RESOLUTION Nº150-2015-PCM that determine the minimum conditions to guarantee quality and the services that tourism promoters or managers must provide. The research is proposed through the non-experimental scientific method, for this purpose the general problem and the specific ones that are useful to formulate the hypothesis with their respective variables, indicators and indices were determined. The research design is proposed through a transectional design. correlational, which are expressed through the scientific method of analysis of the correlation of its variables and indicators of each variable to determine its influence on the level of quality of tourism services in the city of Caballo Cocha. The correlation results of the first variable with the other variables are of very strong significance. La gestión de la calidad de los servicios del turismo que brindan los operadores del turismo en la ciudad de Caballo Cocha, se presenta cumpliendo los lineamientos del desarrollo para la promoción del turismo en las capitales de provincias y distritos a nivel nacional, propuesto por el gobierno a través del D. S. Nº 001-2015-MINCETUR y la R. M. Nº150-2015-PCM para garantizar la calidad de los servicios de los promotores o gestores del turismo. La investigación se plantea mediante el metodo científico no experimental, para este propósito se determinó el problema general y los específicos que son de utilidad para formular la hipótesis con sus respectivas variables, indicadores e índices, La investigación tiene un diseño transeccional correlacional, que se definen mediante el método científico No experimental, correlacional entre variables e indicadores de cada variable para definir el nivel de calidad de los gestores del turismo de Caballo Cocha.
