Sistema de tesorería y su relación con el cumplimiento de metas en la municipalidad distrital de Tapiche, 2018

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el sistema de tesorería y el cumplimiento de metas en la Municipalidad Distrital de Tapiche, 2018; por lo que, se ha optado por una investigación de tipo descriptiva y correlacional, precisando un diseño no experimental, para la cual ha sido necesaria tomar una muestra de 71 colaboradores de 88, se ha utilizado también, la encuesta y el cuestionario como técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos respectivamente; dado ello, el estudio concluye que Se determina que el manejo del sistema de tesorería en la municipalidad objeto de estudio es regular (41%), con tendencia a ser eficiente (35%). Por otro lado, se determina que el nivel de cumplimiento de metas municipalidad objeto de estudio es regular (96%). Por último, de acuerdo al estadístico de correlación Rho de Spearman, se evidencia que el sistema de tesorería se relaciona significativamente con el cumplimiento de metas en la Municipalidad Distrital de Tapiche, en el año 2018, contrastada por la significancia de 0,000 y un coeficiente de correlación de 0,863.The present study had as general objective to determine the relationship between the treasury system and the fulfillment of goals in the District Municipality of Tapiche, 2018; Therefore, a descriptive and correlational research has been chosen, specifying a non-experimental design, for which it has been necessary to take a sample of 71 out of 88 collaborators, the survey and the questionnaire have also been used as a technique and data collection instrument respectively; Given this, the study concludes that it is determined that the management of the treasury system in the municipality under study is regular (41%), with a tendency to be efficient (35%). Finally, according to Spearman's Rho correlation statistic, it is evidenced that the treasury system is significantly related to the fulfillment of goals in the District Municipality of Tapiche, in 2018, contrasted by the significance of 0.000 and a coefficient of correlation of 0.863.
