Propuesta para implementación de una red de área local para la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista

Abstract

La presente tesis plantea: ¿La propuesta para la implementación de la red de datos en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, optimiza los servicios de conectividad?, teniéndose el siguiente objetivo: Elaborar una propuesta para la implementación de la red de datos, que optimice los servicios de conectividad en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, por lo cual la investigación posee un nivel descriptivo y el diseño es no experimental definiéndose la investigación de corte transversal, la muestra que se tomo fue el universo, 30 trabajadores, y las técnicas de recolección de datos fue: observación directa, encuestas y recolección de documentación y el instrumento que se utilizo fue el cuestionario estructurado, con preguntas cerradas, los resultados arrojaron el 93,33% de los trabajadores encuestados expresaron que NO están satisfechos con respecto a los servicios de conectividad, mientras el 6,67% afirmó que SI están satisfechos, se determinó que el 96,67% de los trabajadores encuestados expresaron que las instalaciones físicas de la actual red de datos de la Municipalidad NO es eficiente, mientras que el 3,33% expresaron que las instalaciones físicas de la actual red de datos SI es eficiente. Concluyéndose que existen razones suficientes para realizar la propuesta para la implementación de la red de datos en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, esto implica que se acepta la hipótesis de la investigación: La propuesta para la implementación de la red de datos permitirá la optimización del sistema de comunicaciones en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista.

This thesis proposes: Does the proposal for the implementation of the data network in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista optimize the connectivity services ?, having the following objective: To elaborate a proposal for the implementation of the data network, which optimize the connectivity services in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista, for which the research has a descriptive level and the design is non-experimental defining the cross-sectional research, the sample that was taken was the universe, 30 workers, and the data collection techniques were: direct observation, surveys and documentation collection and the instrument that was used was the structured questionnaire, with closed questions, the results showed 93.33% of the workers surveyed expressed that they are NOT satisfied with respect to connectivity services, while 6.67% affirmed that if they are satisfied, it was determined that the 96.67% of surveyed workers expressed that the physical facilities of the current data network of the Municipality is NOT efficient, while 3.33% expressed that the physical facilities of the current SI data network is efficient. Concluding that there are sufficient reasons to make the proposal for the implementation of the data network in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista, this implies that the hypothesis of the investigation is accepted: The proposal for the implementation of the data network will allow the optimization of the communications system in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista.
