Control y seguimiento de existencias en el área de almacén de la Ugel Ucayali Contamana, año 2019

Abstract

En la presente investigación denominada “Control y seguimiento de existencias en el área de almacén de la UGEL Ucayali Contamana, año 2019”, tuvo como finalidad analizar la ejecución del control y seguimiento de existencias en el área de almacén de la UGEL, siendo este tipo de investigación descriptiva con un diseño no experimental, se tomó como población a 23 trabajadores de la UGEL, a excepción del personal perteneciente de área del área de almacén, como muestra fue la totalidad de la población; se aplicó como técnica de recolección de información la encuesta con un cuestionario como instrumento. Llegando a las siguientes conclusiones que: en cuanto a la clasificación de existencias en el área de almacén de la UGEL Ucayali Contamana, en gran medida las herramientas de estandarización para identificas los materiales deteriorados son utilizadas ocasionalmente, al igual que las herramientas necesarias para identificar fácilmente los materiales obsoletos, así como para identificar y clasificar los materiales que recién ingresan (nuevos). Asimismo, en cuanto a la selección del método de control, en cierto modo el personal del área de almacén tiene dificultades para codificar los materiales de acuerdo a su grupo genérico o de acuerdo al tiempo que llevan en el almacén Finalmente, en cuanto al seguimiento de las existencias, existen ciertas dificultades para verificar el stock de suministros del almacén, además existe dificultades para verificar la procedencia, la calidad y cantidad de los materiales, lo que dificulta en gran medida la verificación exacta de los suministros físicos y los que están registrados en los inventarios.

In the present investigation called 'Control and monitoring of stocks in the warehouse area of the UGEL Ucayali Contamana, year 2019', the purpose was to analyze the execution of the control and monitoring of stocks in the warehouse area of the UGEL, being this type of descriptive research with a non-experimental design, 23 UGEL workers were taken as a population, with the exception of personnel belonging to the warehouse area, as shown by the totality of the population; The survey was applied as a data collection technique with a questionnaire as an instrument. Reaching the following conclusions that: regarding the classification of stocks in the warehouse area of UGEL Ucayali Contamana, to a large extent standardization tools to identify deteriorated materials are used occasionally, as well as the tools necessary to identify easily obsolete materials, as well as to identify and classify materials that have recently entered (new). Likewise, regarding the selection of the control method, in a certain way the personnel of the warehouse area have difficulties to codify the materials according to their generic group or according to the time they have in the warehouse. Finally, as regards the follow-up of the stock, there are certain difficulties to verify the stock of supplies from the warehouse, in addition there are difficulties to verify the origin, quality and quantity of the materials, which makes it difficult to verify the physical supplies and those registered in the inventories.
