Evaluación de la vulnerabilidad y riesgo de incendio en las oficinas administrativas de la Municipalidad Provincial de Ramón Castilla-2025

Abstract
El trabajo se desarrolló en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ramón Castilla, con la finalidad de evaluar la vulnerabilidad y riesgo de ocurrencia de un siniestro dentro de las oficinas administrativas, el ensayo tubo un enfoque mixto (cualitativo – cuantitativo), fue descriptivo, no experimental, el universo lo conformaron 130 personas de ambos sexos y la muestra extraída fue de 97 individuos; los datos recolectados fueron procesados en la hoja de cálculo Excel, llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: La población más significativa es la femenina con (59 personas que representan el 60.8%), las secretarias son más representativas (28 = 28.9%), el tiempo de servicio están en un rango de 1 a 3 años son los más numerosos (39 = 40.2%), la iluminación dentro de las oficinas es eficiente (87 personas = 89.7%), la ventilación es deficiente (59 encuestados = 60.8%), las salidas de emergencia no están señalizadas (85.6%), no existen simulacros de incendio (60.8%), el sistema eléctrico es antiguo (87.6%), no existen suficientes extintores ni equipos contra incendio (80.4%), existe mala disposición de los residuos peligrosos (inflamables) (64.9% de la muestra), no existen inspecciones de las instalaciones eléctricas (81.4%), no se cuenta con un Plan de evacuación (89.7%), se evita el sobrecalentamiento de los equipos (100%), tampoco existe protocolo en caso de ocurrir un incendio (67%), tampoco existe personal capacitado en caso de ocurrir este tipo de siniestro (87.6%).
The work was developed in Ramón's Provincial Municipality Castile, with the purpose of evaluating the vulnerability and risk of occurrence of a catastrophe inside the administrative offices, the rehearsal tube a mixed focus (qualitative - quantitative), it was descriptive, not experimental, the universe conformed it 130 people of both sexes and the extracted sample belonged to 97 individuals; the gathered data were processed in the calculation leaf Excel, reaching the following conclusions: The most significant population is the feminine one with (59 people that represent 60.8%), the secretaries are more representative (28 = 28.9%), the time of service is in a range from 1 to 3 years they are the most numerous (39 = 40.2%), the illumination inside the offices is efficient (87 people = 89.7%), the ventilation is faulty (59 interviewed = 60.8%), the emergency exits are not signalled (85.6%), fire mockeries don't exist (60.8%), the electric system is old (87.6%), enough extinguishers neither teams don't exist against fire (80.4%), bad disposition of the dangerous residuals exists (inflammable) (64.9% of the sample), inspections of the electric facilities don't exist (81.4%), it is not had an evacuation Plan (89.7%), the overheating of the teams is avoided (100%), neither protocol exists in the event of happening a fire (67%), neither personnel exists qualified in the event of happening this catastrophe type (87.6%).
