Gestión logística y la eficiencia en el abastecimiento del Gobierno Regional de Loreto 2025

Abstract

The study has had as its general objective to determine the relationship between logistics management and efficiency in the supply process of the Regional Government of Loreto during the year 2025. It has been a basic-type research study, correlational in scope, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population and census sample have been composed of 60 workers from the logistics area. A Likert-type questionnaire with high reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha: 0.872 and 0.886) has been applied. The results have evidenced a strong and significant positive correlation (ρ = 0.684; p < 0.001) between logistics management and supply efficiency. In the descriptive analysis, both variables have been positioned at a moderate level, showing weaknesses in requirements formulation, document control, and contract supervision. It has been concluded that adequate logistics management directly contributes to improving institutional supply efficiency, confirming the general hypothesis. Likewise, it has been recommended to strengthen logistics coordination, provide staff training, and digitalize and supervise procurement and distribution processes in order to optimize resources and enhance the administrative efficiency of the Regional Government of Loreto.El estudio ha tenido como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión logística y la eficiencia en el abastecimiento del Gobierno Regional de Loreto durante el año 2025. Ha sido una investigación de tipo básica, de nivel correlacional y con diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población y muestra censal han estado conformadas por 60 trabajadores del área logística. Se ha aplicado un cuestionario tipo Likert con alta confiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbach: 0.872 y 0.886). Los resultados han evidenciado una correlación positiva fuerte y significativa (ρ = 0.684; p < 0.001) entre la gestión logística y la eficiencia en el abastecimiento. En el análisis descriptivo, ambas variables se han ubicado en un nivel moderado, con debilidades en la formulación de requerimientos, control documental y supervisión de contratos. Se ha concluido que una adecuada gestión logística contribuye directamente a mejorar la eficiencia del abastecimiento institucional, confirmando la hipótesis general. Asimismo, se ha recomendado fortalecer la articulación logística, capacitar al personal, y digitalizar y supervisar los procesos de adquisición y distribución, con el fin de optimizar los recursos y elevar la eficiencia administrativa del Gobierno Regional de Loreto.
