Servicio de control simultáneo y su relación en la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Punchana Maynas Loreto – 2025

Abstract

Control actions are basic tools for entities to achieve efficient and effective administrative management, with positive results. In the context of this investigation, the main objective has been to determine the relationship between the simultaneous control service and administrative management in the district municipality of Punchana by 2025; the population was composed of all staff (schedule and case) that at that time were working in the different areas of the municipality in question; the nature of it required that it be used as a methodology of basic type, with a quantitative approach, at the descriptive - correlational level and cross-sectional; the survey has been the main technique used to achieve direct interaction with workers, and the questionnaire questions, constituted the tool that allowed the collection of information from a primary source, the same one that was designed taking into account each of the dimensions of the variables; the main result achieved, refers to a strong positive relationship, both statistically significant, between the simultaneous control service and administrative management, which is validated by means of the Spearman Rho coefficient at 0.847 and one p = 0.000; in addition, the other results also show considerable and acceptable positive ratios, which have their argument in the values calculated through the same Spearman Rho coefficient at 0,797; 0.842; 0.606 and 0.626, all statistically significant with a p = 0.000.

Las acciones de control son herramientas básicas para que las entidades puedan lograr que, la gestión administrativa sea eficiente y eficaz, con resultados positivos. En el marco de la presente investigación, se ha planteado como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre el servicio de control simultáneo y la gestión administrativa en la municipalidad distrital de Punchana para el 2025; la población estuvo conformada por todo el personal (planilla y cas) que en ese entonces se encontraban laboran en las diferentes áreas del municipio en mención; la naturaleza de la misma exigió que se emplee como metodología de tipo básico, de un enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo – correlacional y de corte transversal; la encuesta ha sido la principal técnica que se utilizó para lograr una interacción directa con los trabajadores, y el cuestionario de preguntas, constituyo la herramienta que permitió la recolección de la información de una fuente primaria, la misma que fue diseñada teniendo en cuenta cada una de las dimensiones de las variables; el principal resultado logrado, refiere una relación positiva fuerte y la vez, estadísticamente significativa entre el servicio de control simultáneo y la gestión administrativa, el cual se valida por medio del coeficiente de Rho de Spearman en 0,847 y una p=0,000; además, los otros resultados también se advierten relaciones positiva considerable y aceptables, los cuales tienen su argumento en los valores calculados a través del mismo coeficiente de Rho de Spearman en 0,797; 0,842; 0,606 y 0,626, todos estadísticamente significativas con una p=0,000.
