Habilidades investigativas y logros de aprendizaje de la competencia indaga en estudiantes del VII ciclo en el área de ciencia y tecnología de la Institución Educativa Liceo Naval, Punchana 2025

Abstract

The main objective of this analysis was to determine the relationship between research skills and learning achievements of the inquiry competence in students of the VII cycle in the area of science and technology of the I.E. Liceo Naval, Punchana 2025. Methodologically, it was framed in a type of basic research with a transversal non-experimental design. The research considered a population of 105 students, of which the total population was covered. For data collection, the survey was carried out as a questionnaire technique for the variables in the analyzed area, which was validated by specialists in the field. The results showed a significant relationship between the variables analyzed. The results of the study showed a high significant and positive correlation (rho = 0.746), according to Spearman. According to the result obtained, the significance level is lower than 0.05, so the null hypothesis (H₀) is denied and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is approved. In this sense, the greater the development of research skills, the greater the learning achievements in the inquiry competency (H₀). These findings support the hypothesis of the study and highlight the importance of developing research skills that contribute to strengthen inquiry competence. In addition, they suggest that educational institutions should prioritize teacher training in strategies for strengthening research skills and strengthening inquiry competence under an inquiry and scientific literacy approach.El análisis tuvo como principal objetivo determinar la relación entre habilidades investigativas y logros de aprendizaje de la competencia indaga en alumnos del VII ciclo en el área de ciencia y tecnología de la I.E. Liceo Naval, Punchana 2025. Metodológicamente, se enmarcó en un tipo de investigación descriptiva correlacional y de diseño transversal-no experimental. La investigación consideró una población de 105 estudiantes, de los cuales se abarcó el total de la población. Para la recopilación de la data, se efectuó la encuesta como técnica por medio de cuestionario para las variables en el área analizada, la cual fue validado por especialistas en la materia. Los resultados evidenciaron una significativa relación entre las variables analizadas. Los hallazgos del estudio evidenciaron una significativa y positiva alta correlación (rho = 0.746), según Spearman. Según el resultado obtenido el nivel de significancia es inferior al 0.05 por lo que se niega la hipótesis nula (H₀) y se aprueba la hipótesis alternativa (H₁). En este sentido, a mayor desarrollo de habilidades investigativas, mayores serán los logros de aprendizaje en la competencia indaga. Estos hallazgos respaldan la hipótesis del estudio y destacan la importancia de desarrollar habilidades investigativas que coadyuve a fortalecer la competencia indaga. Además, se sugieren que las instituciones educativas deben priorizar capacitación del personal docente en estrategias para el fortalecimiento de habilidades investigativas y fortalecer la competencia indaga bajo un enfoque de indagación y alfabetización científica.
