Factores que predisponen al desgarro cervical de gestantes adolescentes en el Hospital Regional de Loreto, enero-diciembre 2022

Abstract

The tear of the cervix, also called cervical tear, can present serious injuries after maneuvers such as manual dilations, premature births, voluminous fetuses, births with incomplete dilations, among other causes. This obstetric complication of childbirth can lead to postpartum hemorrhage and subsequent maternal death. We propose the research project called “Factors that predispose to cervical tear in adolescent pregnant women at the Regional Hospital of Loreto, January-December 2022” with the general objective of determining the risk factors associated with cervical tear in adolescent pregnant women. The present study will be of a basic type and the design presents a non-experimental, retrospective, descriptive, causal relationship, comparative, explanatory and cross-sectional quantitative approach. The sample will be considered a census population and will be made up of all teenage pregnant women treated at the Loreto Regional Hospital during the study period who presented with a cervical tear. At the end of the research, we will answer the question posed: What are the factors that predispose adolescent pregnant women to cervical tears at the Loreto Regional Hospital, January-December 2022?

El desgarro del cuello uterino o también denominado desagarro cervical pueden presentar lesiones graves posteriores a maniobras como dilataciones manuales, en partos precipitados, en fetos voluminosos, partos con dilataciones incompletas, entre otras causas. Esta complicación obstétrica del parto puede conllevar a Hemorragia Post Parto y posterior muerte materna. Proponemos el proyecto de investigación denominado “Factores que predisponen al desgarro cervical de gestantes adolescentes en el Hospital Regional de Loreto, enero-diciembre 2022” con el objetivo general de determinar los factores de riesgo asociados al desgarro cervical de gestantes adolescentes. El presente estudio será de tipo básico y el diseño presenta un enfoque cuantitativo no experimental, retrospectivo de tipo descriptivo de relación causal, comparativo, de carácter explicativo y de corte transversal. La muestra será considerada una población censal y se encuentra conformada por todas las gestantes adolescentes que además presentaron desgarro cervical. Al término de la investigación responderemos al problema planteado ¿Cuáles son los factores que predisponen al desgarro cervical de gestantes adolescentes en el Hospital Regional de Loreto, enero-diciembre 2022?
