Abstract
La tesis titulada "Atención de Requerimientos y Cumplimiento de Metas del Proyecto de Mejoramiento de los Servicios de Apoyo al Desarrollo Productivo en la Cuenca del Río Pastaza, 2025”, se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, con un diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal, utilizando una población de 25 colaboradores de la cual se obtuvo una muestra final de 17 trabajadores a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario. A nivel descriptivo, se encontró una percepción muy favorable, donde el 88% de los participantes está totalmente de acuerdo con la gestión de la Atención de Requerimientos y el 100% percibe un Cumplimiento de Metas total. Inferencialmente, se encontró una evaluación positiva, moderada y estadísticamente significativa entre ambas variables, con un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.580 (p=0.015). La conclusión general confirma que existe una relación directa y significativa entre la Atención de Requerimientos y el Cumplimiento de Metas, siendo la primera un factor influyente para el éxito institucional.
The thesis titled "Attention to Requirements and Goal Achievement in the Project for the Improvement of Support Services for Productive Development in the Pastaza River Basin, 2025" was conducted under a quantitative, basic type approach, with a non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, and cross sectional design. It utilized a population of 25 collaborators, from which a final sample of 17 workers was obtained to whom a questionnaire was administered. Descriptively, a very favorable perception was found, with 88% of participants in total agreement with the management of Attention to Requirements and 100% perceiving total Goal Achievement. Inferentially, a positive, moderate, and statistically significant correlation was found between both variables, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.580 (p=0.015). The general conclusion confirms that a direct and significant relationship exists between Attention to Requirements and Goal Achievement, with the former being an influential factor for institutional success.
