Estilo de vida y complicación intradialíticas de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en hemodiálisis Hospital Regional de Loreto Iquitos 2025

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between lifestyle and intradialytic complications in patients with chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis at the Regional Hospital of Loreto, Iquitos 2025. The study is quantitative, with a non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, and cross- sectional design. The population will be comprised of 120 patients with chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis, and the sample will be 92 patients determined using the finite population formula. The technique will be a survey, and the instruments will be a Lifestyle Questionnaire and an Intradialytic Complication Identification Form for Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease on Hemodialysis. The data will be processed using SPSS version 27.0 statistical software. The chi-square (χ²) statistical test will be used to examine the relationship between variables. The significance level will be 95%, with an alpha value (α) of 0.05. The results will be presented in univariate and bivariate tables.El objetivo de la presente investigación es, determinar la relación entre el estilo de vida y complicaciones intradialiticas de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en hemodiálisis Hospital Regional de Loreto Iquitos 2025, el tipo de estudio es cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional, transversal. La población lo conformarán 120 pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en hemodiálisis y la muestra serán 92 pacientes determinados a través de la fórmula de poblaciones finitas, la técnica será la encuesta, los instrumentos serán, Cuestionario de estilo de vida y Ficha de identificación de complicaciones intradialiticas de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en hemodiálisis. Los datos se procesarán con el software estadístico SPSS versión 27.0, se empleará la prueba estadística chi-cuadrado (χ²) para examinar la relación entre las variables, el nivel de significancia será 95%, con un valor alfa (α) de 0.05, los resultados se presentarán en tablas univariadas y bivariadas.
