Análisis ergonómico de las posturas laborales y su relación con enfermedades ocupacionales en trabajadores municipales de Caballococha 2025

Abstract

The work you development in Ramón's Provincial Municipality Castile that is located in the trapeze amazon frontier with Brazil and Colombia, the purpose was to determine if relationship exists between the forms posturales of the workers and the illnesses skeletal musco of the workers, the sample integrated it 180 people of both sexes and that they work in different offices, the rehearsal was a mixed investigation since he/she combined qualitative and quantitative aspects, to achieve the objective the gathered information it was processed using the leaf of calculation Excel and charts of frequencies, being reached the following conclusions: that the relationship is direct among the postures that adopt the workers of the Municipality and the illnesses occupational skeletal musco, as pains turned, neck, legs, lumbar region, others as migraines estrés, depression, etc., and all this rebounds in the efficient development that should offer the entity to the recurrent population to its facilities.

El trabajo se desarrolló en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ramón Castilla, que se encuentra ubicado en el trapecio amazónico frontera con Brasil y Colombia, la finalidad fue determinar si existe relación entre las formas posturales de los trabajadores y las enfermedades musco esqueléticas de los trabajadores, la muestra la integraron 180 personas de ambos sexos y que laboran en distintas oficinas, el ensayo fue una investigación mixta ya que se combinó aspectos cualitativos y cuantitativos, para lograr el objetivo la información recolectada fue procesada utilizando la hoja de cálculo Excel y tablas de frecuencias, llegándose a la siguientes conclusiones: de que la relación es directa entre las posturas que adoptan los trabajadores de la Municipalidad y las enfermedades ocupacionales musco esqueléticas, como dolores de espaldas, cuello, piernas, región lumbar, otras como cefaleas estrés, depresión, etc., y todo esto repercute en el desarrollo eficiente que debería brindar el ente a la población recurrente a sus instalaciones.
