Gestión de la productividad del gran hotel Marañon de Iquitos al año 2024

Abstract

The research study developed at the Gran Marañón Three-Star Hotel in Iquitos, which is located in the Loreto Region of Peru, has used non-experimental scientific research through a descriptive quantitative transectional design, having collected the economic and financial data for analysis referring to the accounting and cost reports of the registered operations that are carried out during the management, with the conclusion that the operating costs for the operation of the hotel have been determined in two scenarios, the Direct Costs that give us an amount of S/352,601.28 soles and a Variable cost of S/221,858.35 soles that make a total of S/574,459.63 soles and a second scenario was considered using the total number of rooms that the hotel has and gives us as positive utility the amount of S/1,636,493.52 soles.

El estudio de investigación desarrollada en el Hotel de Tres estrellas Gran Marañón de Iquitos, que se encuentra ubicada en la Región Loreto del Perú, se ha utilizado una investigación de tipo científica no experimental mediante un diseño transeccional cuantitativo descriptivo habiéndose recolectando los datos económicos y financieros para su análisis los referidos a los reportes contables y de costos de las operaciones registradas que se hacen durante la gestión, teniendo como conclusión que los costos de operación para el funcionamiento del hotel se han determinado dos escenarios de los Costos Directos que nos dan un monto de S/352,601.28 soles y un costo Variable de S/221,858.35 soles que hacen un total de S/574,459.63 soles y se consideró un segundo escenario usando el número total de las habitaciones con que cuenta el hotel y nos da como utilidad positiva el monto de S/1,636,493.52 soles.
