Herramientas financieras y su relación con la gestión de las MYPES en el sector comercial de Belén periodo 2024

Abstract

The present research aimed to identify the relationship between the use of financial tools and the effectiveness of the management of MSMEs in the commercial sector of Belén, period 2024, with a quantitative research approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design with a correlational scope, included as population and sample 190 people, including owners, partners, officials, professionals and workers of MSMEs in the Belén area, concluded that there is a high and significant positive relationship between financial tools and the management of MSMEs in the commercial sector of Belén (Rho = 0.779; p < 0.01), which demonstrates that the use of structured financial information strengthens planning, control and business decision-making, in addition financial analysis is positively and significantly related to business management (Rho = 0.673), showing that the evaluation of economic and financial indicators allows managers to understand the real situation of the business and improve their administrative performance; Taken together, the results confirm that financial tools not only fulfill an accounting function but are also strategic management instruments whose application contributes to the sustainability, competitiveness, and growth of SMEs.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar la relación entre el uso de herramientas financieras y la efectividad en la gestión de las MYPES en el sector comercial de Belén, periodo 2024, con enfoque de investigación cuan titativo, de diseño no experimental de tipo transversal con alcance de estudio correlacional, incluyó como población y muestra a 190 personas, entre propie tarios, socios, funcionarios, profesionales y trabajadores de las Mypes de la zona de Belén, se concluyó que existe una relación positiva alta y significativa entre las herramientas financieras y la gestión de las MYPES del sector co mercial de Belén (Rho = 0,779; p < 0,01), lo que demuestra que el uso de información financiera estructurada fortalece la planificación, el control y la toma de decisiones empresariales, además el análisis financiero se relaciona de manera positiva y significativa con la gestión empresarial (Rho = 0,673), evidenciando que la evaluación de indicadores económicos y financieros per mite a los gestores comprender la situación real del negocio y mejorar su desempeño administrativo; en conjunto, los resultados confirman que las he rramientas financieras no solo cumplen una función contable, sino que son instrumentos estratégicos de gestión, cuya aplicación contribuye a la sosteni bilidad, competitividad y crecimiento de las MYPES.
