Factores biopsicosociales relacionados al inicio del consumo de alcohol en adolescentes del Asentamiento Humano Las Vegas de Punchana Iquitos 2024

Abstract

The present research entitled Biopsychosocial factors related to the onset of alcohol consumption in adolescents of the Las Vegas Human Settlement of Punchana Iquitos 2024, with the aim of determining the relationship between biological (age and sex), psychological (self-esteem and emotional losses), social (family functionality, social interaction) and the onset of alcohol consumption in adolescents. The type of study was quantitative, descriptive and non-experimental correlational and cross-sectional design, with a study population equal to 111 adolescents. The main finding was the relationship of variables: biological factor, age (p< 0.05, which approves the research hypothesis that says: There is a statistically significant relationship between biopsychosocial factors and alcohol consumption in adolescents of the Las Vegas de Punchana Human Settlement, 2024. No statistically significant relationship was found between one of the biological variables sex (p< 0.05. In conclusion, an association was found between age, emotional loss, and social interaction in adolescents and alcohol consumption. No association was found between sex, self-esteem, family functioning, and the onset of alcohol consumption in the adolescent participants of the study.

La presente investigación titulada Factores biopsicosociales relacionados al inicio del consumo de alcohol en adolescentes del Asentamiento Humano Las Vegas de Punchana Iquitos 2024, con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre los factores biológicos (edad y sexo), psicológicos (autoestima y pérdidas emocionales), sociales (funcionalidad familiar, interacción social) y el inicio de consumo de alcohol en adolescentes. Se realizó el tipo de estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y diseño correlacional y transversal no experimental, con una población de estudio igual a 111 adolescentes. Principal hallazgo fue la relación de variables factor biológico edad (p< 0.05 con lo que se aprueba la hipótesis de investigación planteada que dice: Existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre los factores biopsicosociales y el consumo de alcohol en adolescentes del Asentamiento Humano Las Vegas de Punchana, 2024. No se encontró relación estadísticamente significativa entre una de las variables biológica sexo (p< 0.05. En conclusión, se encontró asociación entre la edad, pérdida emocional e interacción social en los adolescentes y el consumo del alcohol. No se encontró asociación entre el sexo, autoestima, funcionalidad familiar y el inicio del consumo de alcohol en los adolescentes participantes de la investigación.
