Implementación de un sistema web para la gestión didáctica de tareas docentes en el Centro Educativo Augusto Freyre García 2025

Abstract

In many schools in Iquitos, including the Augusto Freyre García School, teachers perform their academic activities manually, without a system to streamline these processes. This results in delays and a lack of efficiency in managing teaching tasks. Given this situation, the question arises: How will the implementation of a web based system improve the didactic management of teaching tasks at the Augusto Freyre García Educational Center by 2025? Therefore, this research aims to: Implement a web-based system to improve the didactic management of teaching tasks at the Augusto Freyre García Educational Center. Furthermore, the hypothesis proposes that: The implementation of a web-based system will significantly improve the didactic management of teaching tasks at the Augusto Freyre García Educational Center. The software development methodology will be SCRUM, and ISO 12207 will be considered to maintain best practices throughout the software development life cycle. Furthermore, the research will be quantitative in approach, of the applied type, with an application level and a pre-experimental design. A comparative analysis of processing times with and without the web-based system will be conducted. The study population will consist of the instructional management processes carried out by teachers at the Augusto Freyre García Educational Center. Finally, to measure the system's optimization in terms of processing times and user satisfaction, the appropriate inferential statistical test will be used, depending on the data's normality (Student's t-test or Mann-Whitney U test for independent samples).

En muchos colegios de Iquitos, incluyendo el Colegio Augusto Freyre García, los profesores realizan sus actividades académicas manualmente, sin un sistema que agilice estos procesos. Esto resulta en demoras y la falta de eficiencia en la gestión de tareas docentes. Ante esta situación, surge la interrogante: ¿Cómo la implementación de un sistema web mejorará la gestión didáctica de tareas docentes en el Centro Educativo Augusto Freyre García 2025?; entonces, esta investigación tendrá como objetivo: Implementar un sistema web para mejorar la gestión didáctica de tareas docentes en el Centro Educativo Augusto Freyre García. Por otro lado, la hipótesis propone que: Con la implementación de un sistema web se mejorará significativamente la gestión didáctica de tareas docentes en el Centro Educativo Augusto Freyre García. La metodología de desarrollo del software será SCRUM, además, se tendrá en cuenta a la ISO 12207 para mantener las buenas prácticas en el proceso del ciclo de vida del software. Asimismo, la investigación será de enfoque cuantitativo, del tipo aplicada, con nivel aplicativo y diseño pre experimental. Se realizará un análisis comparativo de los tiempos sin y con el sistema web. Donde, la población de estudio estará compuesta por los procesos de gestión didáctica que realizan los docentes del Centro Educativo Augusto Freyre García. Finalmente, para medir la optimización del sistema con respecto a los tiempos y el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios, se utilizará el estadístico inferencia que corresponda, según la normalidad de los datos (t – Student o U de Mann-Whitney para muestras independientes).
