Abstract
El estudio se realizó en el centro poblado San José de Porcón, distrito de
Quiruvilca, región la Libertad. El objetivo fue realizar la caracterización y
elaboración de una propuesta de manejo de residuos sólidos rurales del
centro poblado San José de Porcón – región La Libertad, 2018. El método
utilizado fue cuantitativo no experimental y diseño descriptivo, basados en la
recolección sistemática de datos numéricos de acuerdo a los lineamientos
técnicos de la “Guía Metodológica para la Elaboración del Estudio de
Caracterización para Residuos Sólidos Municipales”, elaborado por el
Ministerio del Ambiente-MINAM (2012, p. 16).
Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los residuos orgánicos (restos de
comida, vegetales y excremento de animales como el cuy o conejo)
representa el 37.56% del total de los residuos sólidos generados, en relación
a los inorgánicos (plásticos PET, cartón, bolsas, papel, telas textiles, latas,
etc.) que representa el 62.11%, con una generación per cápita de 0.400
kg/hab./día, obteniéndose una proyección diaria de 0.36 tn/día, 10.08 tn/mes
y 129.6 tn/año. Densidad de 147,53 kg/m3.
Por lo tanto, la propuesta de manejo de residuos sólidos tiene como finalidad
Implementar de manera progresiva y de acuerdo a la disponibilidad financiera
de la institución los servicios de limpieza pública de recolección de los
residuos sólidos hasta la disposición final, desarrollar programas de
Educación, Cultura y Ciudadanía Ambiental en la población a través de
actividades y metas planteadas para un proceso sostenible y ambiental que
pretenda beneficio social y mejor calidad de vida de la población.
The study was carried out in the San José de Porcón town center, Quiruvilca district, La Libertad region. The objective was to characterize and prepare a proposal for the management of rural solid waste in the San José de Porcón town center - La Libertad region, 2018. The method used was quantitative, non-experimental and descriptive design, based on the systematic collection of numerical data. according to the technical guidelines of the "Methodological Guide for the Preparation of the Characterization Study for Municipal Solid Waste", prepared by the Ministry of the Environment-MINAM (2012, p.16). The results obtained show that organic waste (food, vegetable and animal excrement such as guinea pig or rabbit) represents 37.56% of the total solid waste generated, in relation to inorganic waste (PET plastics, wood, cardboard, bags, paper, textile fabrics, cans, etc.) that represents 62.11%, with a per capita generation of 0.400 kg/hab/day, obtaining a daily projection of 0.36 tn/day, 10.08 tn/month and 129.6 tn/year. Density of 147.53 kg/m3. Therefore, the purpose of the solid waste management proposal is to progressively implement and according to the financial availability of the institution the public cleaning services for solid waste collection until final disposal, develop Education, Culture programs and Environmental Citizenship in the population through activities and goals set for a sustainable and environmental process that seeks social benefit and better quality of life for the population.
