Abstract
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the quality of internal communication and administrative efficiency in the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto. A quantitative, correlational methodology was used, analyzing 184 records obtained from judicial officials and staff. Data were processed using Spearman’s correlation. The main result reveals a positive and significant relationship between both variables, with a Rho coefficient of 0.824 (p < 0.05), indicating that as internal communication improves, administrative efficiency increases proportionally. Specifically, the existence and accessibility of formal communication channels positively impacted the speed of file processing; the clarity of administrative messages was closely related to the reduction of rework; and timely information delivery enabled higher compliance with operational goals. In conclusion, communication quality emerges as a critical factor in optimizing resources and strengthening public sector management in the judiciary, supporting the need for institutional policies that promote transparency, fluidity, and relevance in internal processes.
